The price must be a minimum of 10 $/€/£ above the minimum commission (60 USD). I keep getting this message when I try to set a price below 60 even though the domain is parked and it is a fixed price. Sedo states if parked and fixed price no minimum and only 5%.

Sedo is going to charge minimum of $50 on any sale you make so add your asking price to the price or all goes to Sedo.

sedo's policy says if fixed price and parked the fees is only 5% with no minimum.

This may clear it up.
"Creating an account and listing a domain for sale on Sedo's marketplace is completely free. Should you sell a domain through Sedo's services, you will be assessed a single 10% commission fee (a minimum fee applies, based on the extension of the domain) which covers the escrow of funds and the transfer of the domain."

If you sell a domain for $100 you still pay $50 minimum...

B.T.W is it .?? extension ? It is more

I just sold a couple low priced domains on Sedo and the commission was less than $10 (10% - rounded up to a while dollar amount). The lowest I've done is $65 and the commission was $7. I believe the confusion is because Sedo positions the fix priced/parked commission as a waiver of the minimum, and the minimum commission is $50. And the marketing speak and actual policies that are enforced by their system don't link or or need to allow for changes.

From their FAQ:

All domain transactions are subject to a minimum commission fee, determined by the extension of the domain being sold/purchased. The party responsible for the commission will pay either the minimum fee (outlined below) or 10% of the agreed sales price, whichever is higher.

Minimum commission fee is 50 USD:
.com / .net / .org <domain list cut>
Important: With Sedo’s current “No Minimum Commission Promotion”, the minimum commission fee for domains with the above extensions will be waived if the domain is both verifiably parked with Sedo AND sold at a fixed price. If the domain is not listed with a fixed price when negotiations start, please factor Sedo's minimum commission into your negotiations. The minimum commission for .tel domains cannot be waived (.tel domains cannot be parked).

Yes sorry it says 10% I was mistaken. If you go to sedos site and go to price list it says Parked and Fixed Priced Domains with a category 1 tld 10% of sales price, no min. fee. It is listed as a promotion, I'm not sure how long this has been going on, I was just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem. Thanks for you replys
