Sedo fees

I sold a 4l.com just one or two hours afrer I listed it. And it shows:
"This buyer was referred by our SedoMLS partner expireddomains.net."

This domain has not updated on expireddomains.net when it was sold since it just list on sedo.
The buyer found my domains on sedo.com and it charges me 20% fee. It is reasonable?

That is the danger of selling within these "networks" - whenever a partner helps get a sale, they want a cut so your commission goes up. That's why BINs can be dangerous, as you assume 15% when you price it, then get a tomato surprise with a 20% cut.

And the link doesn't have to be direct to your domain, and could be a generic search on expireddomians.net that created the 5% partner fee.
