Anyone used these for a domain sale negociated outside Sedo? If I want BOTH Sedo escrow and Sedo transfer for a domain, do I have to pay for both or just for one? Example: 3% or 6%? (if not listed on Sedo) 10% or 20% (if listed as buy now) 15% or 30% (if listed as make offer) 20% or 40%...
