Sedo comment system finally improved

I don't know if this has been posted already, but Sedo has finally changed their offer comment system to show comments immediately. I recently got an offer on one of my names and when I countered, my comments showed up immediately. Same with the buyer's counter-offers.

Hard to believe it finally sunk in at Sedo. Me and several others on NP have been bitching about this for quite a while! :yell:

If this is correct, I would like to sincerely thank Sedo for listening to our pleas and arguments, and for ultimately reconsidering their policy. I truely believe this change will be of great benefit to all of us, and (therefore) to Sedo :tu:

Yes, I noticed this last week. You can thank me! I hammered them unmercifully in the thread I started called Sedo Comments "Under Review" Sucks!.

I think I'll go congratulate myself in my DomainRookie.com blog.

People have been lambasting them for years for that...not sure if you can give yourself ALL the credit! Still, definitely good to hear. I've had people leave negotiations before even being able to read my last comment. :/

Hey, let me pat myself on the back if I want to. I don't recall anyone calling Sedo out publicly so harshly as I did in that thread I mentioned. And kept on them. I also told every person at Sedo I ever spoke with.

So I wrote a song about it . LOL!

Let me have a celebration, will ya!

By the way, I have tons of other ideas I've given them that they won't implement. The easiest and most necessary of which is allowing a seller to set an "on vacation" flag in their profile so people won't bid on names while they are on vacation, and have them think that they just don't want to reply. It could simply not allow bidding and say why, or place bids on hold until back, or whatever. I'm going on a month vacation next year and I don't want to check my email from the villages of Italy. But I get offers seemingly daily now.

So just for clarification from the earlier post, as I recently had negotiations that were faster, but not instantly loading with comments...

Am I correct in reading your comment to mean that they still aren't "instant", but "much, much faster" as sedo realized the importance of timeliness and increased the priority of reviewing comments in negotiations?

Comments aren't cleared through instantly, but we've up the priority to increase the frequency in which comments are reviewed.
