Sorry to be a pain but I've created a sedo account an no matter what I do I'm getting invalid credentials when trying to log in. It also allows me to change password, any advice

Have you verified your account, after you created a new account? You'll get an Email with a link.
Else make sure 'caps locked' is not on...

 

[TERADOMAIN]

Unfortunately Sedo accounts are Case Sensitive. If you have Caps on for certain letters and you need to use same combination.

UserName is Case sensitive too. I myself faced same issue for one of my account.
