I received an offer for my domain. I want to start an open auction, but the offered price is not ok to me. How can I set the reserve price in order to sell it for desired price, because as I understood if I will start the auction and no one else bids on the name then the offer I received will win. Please, I need urgent advice.

nobody is willing help???

Once you receive an offer you have the choice of accepting the offer, negotiating with the seller OR sending the domain to auction.

The "buyer" also needs some protection or no one would bid on any sedo domains otherwise. They are not bidding on a domain to start the auction process for other people.

If you have a high value "premium" domain, you can also contact Sedo and ask them to start an auction for it. Then you can set a "reserve price"

You have to make the decision based on how much you value your domain.

Regards,

Sags

you cannot set a reserve higher than the offer amount if you decide to send to auction. it is explained on the Sedo page where it gives you the option of countering, rejecting or sending to auction as Sags mentions above.
