How accurate are appraisals and price recommendations from Sedo?

Not accurate. Worthless.

Well they might give you some kind of direction, but having a own domain appraisal site too, the appraisals can sometime be wrong and a lot. However, they can be good newbie tools for new domainers to give some kind of idea what kind of domains are worth something.

So if you think you have hit something big, you should take it to manual appraisal.

Sedo generally appraises low and so does Godaddy... Both of are in the business of selling domains, What better way to sell right?

That is what I was thinking RaiderGirl. What the the upside to Sedo evaluating high? You would think they would move less doimains over pricing everything.
