(a formal sales receipt will also be provided, so that you can count the purchase as a business expense... and that can save you a good chunk off the total)

The price will include the cost to transfer the domain into your name, and the registration would be paid-up until July 2010 when you get it.
It doesn't get a whole lot of traffic, but the real value is in the name anyway. It would work well for a site (or company) related to tech security, real-life security, etc. -- it has great keywords and brandability.
