Second tier ppc search engine ?

how can I create a ppc search engine ? visitors search for keyword and the results are all ppc ads ?

kind of like sedo's parked page. but they are first tier ads from google right ? I would like someone lower tier.

Check other search engines like 7search.com and see which ones provide feeds for your search results.

You can also look for PPC search engine scripts and see if any of them come configured for different feeds.
