History:
It was an old condo place.This site has people searching for hotels in South Padre Island, Texas. It has a really simple Wordpress design with the main page having a HotelsCombined search box. It also has pages for flights, car rentals, and news related to SPI, although my traffic rarely uses it.

Monetization Methods:
I mainly used HotelsCombined and Adsense to monetize this website. I'm removing Adsense during this sale, because I believe that it will increase my conversation rates for hotels.
From June 19th to July 5th, I had the domain using HotelsCombined co-branded solution. With 410 new visitors, it made $75.95($4.46/daily average) and an average conversation rate of 12%.
From July 6th to 16th, I was testing the traffic with a couple of different affiliate programs, but I abandoned my test in favor of HotelsCombined.
From July 17th to 31st, instead of using the whitelabel solution, I decided to use a search box targeting South Padre Island hotels. With 267 new visitors using the box, it made $125.30($8.35/daily average) and an average conversation rate of 32%!
It's a great domain to just let sit and collect money for you. I will keep updating stats about my HC stats as it goes along.
Why am I selling this?
As much as I love this domain, I need the money to start paying for my wedding. If it doesn't sell, I'm just going to keep it.
