Search in my site?

Hi,
I would like a search bar for my webiste ( www.game-joint.com ) which will search through my website. I would like to be able to easily add to it and to add keywords, etc for parts. If anyone can do this or find me a script/programme which will do this and is very easy to use then I am willing to pay some money through PayPal or give you some domain names (warning - the names aren't too good :P ).
