Screen Capture & Auto-Post To Website

Okay, here's what I'm trying to do. I want to be able to snap screens and then have them automatically upload to my FTP, and then somehow post to the site as well. I want to be able to integrate it into a news post using CuteNews, or even a link would work, as long as its in my design. It would also be nice if it would make galleries as well because I want to split them up into 7 or 8 different events. Does anyone know a program that at least does one of these functions?

what you would have to do is probably is get a app that does the screenshot and uploads then build a script to make the post. could be done with php.

Do you know of any? I know what I need it to do, I just can't find one.
