Screen Scratches?

I know this annoys about everyone but I want to know if anyone can help me with this...

I have this PSP and for some reason it is really hard to clean due to the fact it always scratches when I clean it.

I got this PSP taken back once because it had a screen problem in my 30-day warranty and I still have another 2-year warranty. I am assuming I will have another problem because I am very clumsy with my electronics, but I don't want to bring it back and say that "I want a new one, this has scratches".

Does anyone know how to get rid of scratches? Is there a certain product I can get that will rid me of them?

Does anyone know more about this product? I have seen mixed reviews so I don't know if I want to try it. Does anyone know any other products I could use for this?

I used an off brand of Displex, and it worked wonders, so the real deal must be just as good :D
