Just a warning for username ( pr- ) on sitepoint, selling CCC he dose not own for cheap. I know many people on NP's have accounts there.

Update, Nem0 has contacted me, and i am waiting on Bill, it is urgent to sort these things out ASAP to make sure this dose not get any messier, and we have a chance to get the domains and money back to the respective domainers.

Unfortunately the news is in, MAJOR SCAMMER, another victim also confirmed for $140.

We did not sell the domain names. They were stolen from our account,
and an investigation has been launched at our domain name registrar.

The seller of these domains had set up a phishing site that looked like godaddy.

He sent our Icann confirmation notices to many people who had domain
names at godaddy.

When those that received the email following the confirmation link and
logged in, the scammer fraudulently obtained their login details, then
used those on New Years day to fraudulently transfer domain names out
of Godaddy into his own name

Then he offered stolen domain names to unsuspecting buyers.

He probably obtained hundreds or even thousands of domain names using
his godaddy phish scam.

His phishing web site has been shut down by yahoo.

The scammer is using the name bernardino beri and shows a MAURITIUS address.

Those that buy domain names from him will lose the domain names and
will not get their money back.

Sorry to hear this. I had the user banned on SitePoint yesterday, God only knows why it took that long, others have been scammed since. I expect that they will pop up on the big forums, stay alerted.
