Scammed by Network Solutions?

Are we sure it isn't Network Solutions doing the scamming here?

I've read things about that company before, and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

To be more specific, I've read things about them stealing domains.

I think people need to remain diplomatic here until all facts are presented. It may be that neither party has intended to scam the other.

It could even be a technical problem.

I purchased a domain Lio.net from James on sept 2nd and this domain was removed from my account all of a sudden.
When I called Network solution then I was surprised to hear that domain is deleted from my account and is near New Ventures LLC and I was supposed to buy it form them.
I have opened a ticket an Network soution and will soon post it here all the updates
In short I was given a domain that was already expired one by Mr. Ertugrul aka James rodman

He has had plenty of opportunity to present his side. he could explain without compromising anything. I say "get a rope".

i tried this already. he keeps calling me a scammer and saying i will get banned from everywhere without explanation.....

idk why you guys cant resolve this but as a seller if there's ever a issue i always go above and beyond to fix things even if i have to loose a little or sweeten up the deal i like to keep my buyers happy so i can do more business with them

Of course yes, where is the value for money he sent to you? It is with network solutions. Why should he not flag the transaction immediately?

true as well but then calling me a scammer when i have no idea whats going on is what then? Also, if i was scamming someone do you think i would use paypal? ...... As i said at the beginning i agreed to pay all paypal fees and gave him a good deal as well and he declined to pay using friend option and now he pulls this stunt. in hindsight maybe this is why he didnt want to. hmmmm

Hello to all

I am getting the feeling there were some raised annoyance at the start of the thread and hope we can now all discuss this in an adult un cussing way

I would like to point out that asking for paypal fees is against the rules in the first place so this should not have been requested that said this did not have any impact on what is happening now.

I may be wrong but I hope that neither member is a scammer and there is another reason for this misunderstanding

go ahead. also the sedo listing wasnt mine it was the previous owner i told you this 100 times but you are still arguing this whatever. I will give you the previous owners email and you can go talk to him about the sedo listing dont bring that to me
