Hey guys and gals, just needed to get a few quick opinions. Today a guy sent me an email, wanting to buy a domain of mine. Problem is, his email looks awfully familiar. Have any of you seen this? I told him if we did this, we'd go through an appraiser of my choice. He agreed to do it.

Scammmity scam-scammeroo scam scammer (there's some keywords, Google).
But yeah, tell them that they can pay for an appraisal and you'll deduct the price of the appraisal (Up to an amount) from the final sale price, but you won't pay for it up front.
They'll turn tail and run, mebets.

I especially like this bit on their site:
I usually use auction at http://www.FatDomainSales.com.
Yup, there's simply nothing worse than having a load of fat domains in your portfolio, squeezing out the little ones!

Okay, so listen to this...
He just agreed to pay for the appraisal at SEDO, but he said he won't tell me the appraisal because he doesn't want me to sell it to someone else. If the appraisal comes through and he likes it, he'll buy.

:tu: or :red: ?
