.sc domains - How much are they worth?

What is the current valuve of .sc domain?.there are many .sc domains coming up and .sc has some big names under its sleeve like whois.sc .so is .sc domain popular enfough?.what do you think?.

Liked amongst domain resellers probably because of Whois.sc, but still pretty much the same as other semi-obscure ccTLDs...the average joe doesn't know what .sc is. So like with any other ccTLDs, best to stick with good keyword 1-word names. I hope it grows however as being short for "source"...keeping that abbreviation in mind, some .sc names seem quite awesome.

Very much true.but i think its better that all the orther cctld's.

Dont think any cctld has big names like(whois.sc) which has traffic below 1000 than the .us cctld.

The only .sc domain I used to visit frequently was whois.sc...
Even they must have come to the conclusion that the TLD is not good for branding.
Yet another vanity TLD. OK for development, bad for investment purposes :imho:

I don't think they're worth that much. I pounced on www.torrent.sc when I saw it was available, but it DEFINATELY won't fetch anywhere near the equivalent .us or .co.uk.

.sc for me is a no-go.

Unless I find a particularly amazing keyword to fit the extension, I wouldn't bother investing in the domain.

As people have said above, the only value you are likely to get for the domain is through development.

The .sc market has sort of died since whois.sc was rebranded. Even with several single keyword domains still available, there is not much of a rush to pick up anything. Unless you have a great domain lined up, it probably isn't going to even be worth the regfee.

i had a good profit and experience with .sc names

Like every other cctld, the ultra premium keywords such as casino and poker have XXXX value like other cctlds, but i would pay more for casino.sc than something like casino.pn

Stick to keywords when registering cctlds and your on a winner
