Sberbank of Russia ordered to abandon the domain name sberbank.ua (Ukraine ccTLD). The Northern Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which satisfied the claim of the state “Oschadbank” (Kyiv), reports UATV with reference to the press service of the department.

“It is also banned to use illegally the Sberbank trademark according to the certificate of Ukraine, the owner of which is Oschadbank. Private enterprise Oleynikova is obliged to re-delegate the domain name sberbank.ua in favor of Oschadbank”, the information says.
