Curious what you think it may be worth:

I know there are some city matchmakers.com (ie Boston, etc..) that have gone for some decent money ... thoughts?

I would have thought reg fee. But if you say there have been other city GEO + "matchmakers" domains selling for more, then those sales represent your best-case scenario.

Find somebody to pitch it to and see if they show any signs of interest or make any offers.

I guess I'm surprised that match makers still exist in an age of online dating websites.
