Are you sure its a unique script? The layout & wording is very simalar to http://www.turnkeyzone.com/demos/imagehost/

Or is it just based on it?

When I got it coded for me, it had a horrible design that was a bigger template like 800x600 so I figured Id skin it to a smaller template that looked better. It is not a turnkey as I know the coder personally. 35$ bid at TFL
