You and I both know that anything with the letters S E X in a domain will be profitable.
I think sex.info sold for over 200k not too long ago. It's a decent buy. I'll be honest i am not a fan of extensions other than .com but there is a special case for sex. It should be purchased in every extension since it will always be a money maker.

I cant see why an end user would buy this domain because of the Hyphen the domain looks very clumsy.

The hyphen ruins it. I let Y-ou.com expire this week. I could not see reg fee's for my Y-ou.com and You.net sold for 22,000.00 this year. Good luck though. S-ex is much better than Y-ou.

i tried to sell ......... freesexshow.tv and there were no takers , i dont agree that anything with sex will sell instantly ???? i think the hyphen lets it down , my 2 cents worth ....

The hyphen does slow it down. But i was more or less referring to that the word "sex" alone sells. So if you owned sex in any extension it will sell well. Once you start adding words with sex, the value decreases substantially. Adding a hyphen also makes a domain much harder to sell.

In general though, i think you'll find a buyer even with a hyphen. Worst case...hold on to it and wait.
