74K monthly exact match searches, 100+ night clubs and music clubs using the name 'rev', 20+ sport clubs using 'rev', 729 trademarks registred around 'rev' name and 5 claims for 'rev.club'. I dont know why from a few claims I'm the one who get this name, but with so many companies and organisations around this name I dont think that somebody has 100% rights over it....and also creates a big 'pool' of end-users. What do you think?

The match between name and extension is not bad. I think it's brandable and has good potential. However, these new extensions are not yet very popular nor valuable. I would say high $xx to low $xxx.

If you count just the novelty of the extension, your appraisal should be on target, but if you count that there are over 100 companies or organizations using exact match name: REV CLUB, I think that I'm not happy with the xxx offer. Some have established website names and they will not changed it, but for some, with long websites names I think it will a plus. Also, most of them are in night clubs and DJ-dance music industry, so the image it's important and they have enough money. Hopefully I'm not wrong.

If there are so many exact match names (Rev Club) maybe you should look into any possible trademark issues... If there aren't any, than a good option would be to contact the owners of those names, to see if they want to make an offer on your name.

When I bought the domain they told me that there are a lot of trademarks around rev domain, but nothing to do with clubs or stuff like these, and if somebody will use this it will be club related. I hope that if you make some electronic products or concrete stuff, you can not demand that you have rights on the name rev-club as well. I have sent some mails today, so we will see if somebody is interested.
