domain some .be domains

some premium .be domains (also LL.be's)

what would you value following domains:

boten.be (dutch for boats)
huizen.be (dutch for homes)
muziek.be (dutch for music)
dekust.nl (dutch for the coast)
ex.be
fi.be
kr.be

huizen.be & muziek.be are excellent.
But without the French "counterparts" value is limited. I would still gear for low $$$$ because they have (Dutch) potential.
As for the LL .be not sure. I own one and declined $500 offers anyway. For low $$$$ I would sell.
