Can you guys give me some feedback on the current value of domains/site with rev. This domain/site made $57.79 last month.

Site typically gets between 100-150 page views each day. All traffic is from natural search engine rankings and free incoming links. No ad spend.

and do you have proof to backup the monthly earnings? How long has the monthly pay been at $50+ ?

if it is more than 1 month (3-6)....I would estimate the value to be around $500 using a 10 times monthly revenue valuation basis..whether someone will pay that is another matter!

September it made just over $53.00 and it has made just over $16.00 this month. I can post screenshots of rev if necessary, but I am just looking for appraisals at this time; didn't think there was a need.

I didn't realize the payout is only 10x proven monthly rev these days. Can anyone else confirm the 10x calc andrewc posted below (or give other multiple)?

Its not a cast iron clad formula...can be 12 x ... or more but you also need to factor in the value of the domain name of course.

For example www.sport.com would be worth Big $$$ with only 20 cents monthly revenue!


But this domain is a .org so not so good for a money making site IMHO

PR is 2... which is ok ish

domain valuing tool values the name at $180.

So maybe a little higher than my first estimate. $650~

ps// valuations are not an exact science...and a website or domain name is only worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it :hehe:

but the site looks nice. I would get marketing it more heavily and get those adsense numbers up to a liveable amount
