That's what happens when you live in the third world sh*thole that is London.

I'll never understand why successful people don't sell up and escape London and move somewhere beautiful and safe like North Yorkshire or North Norfolk.

I think he said he was in Camden, is that a bad part of town?

I believe the blame lies with the robbers, not Ryan's actions.

I read the story, walking alone in Camden in the night wearing a golden hat might attract the wrong people. The usual wrong people everybody knows, but most are too woke to admit that they turned London to a hellhole, robbing and stabbing on a daily basis..
Might be related to the Notting Hill crime fest carnival where all London criminals and benefit scroungers heading each year, London streets were apparently full of them looking for victims..

Camden is somewhat gentrified but that means nothing in London. You have streets that have multi million pound properties at one end and slums at the other.

As someone who drives through London on a daily basis for my day job I can confirm that it's fucked.

I personally wouldn't go to London for any other reason than work during the day.

I never said that he was to blame, I was making a comment about the state of the capital city of my country of birth, residence and citizenship. London is grim.

I've got a new customer that just moved to the US from London. A really nice guy and he has been tolerant of my unintentionally sliding into a British accent.

When I told him the only place outside the US I have a desire to visit is the UK and London specifically, he said that I should not visit until he lets me know where to go and not to go. He said street robbery has become a significant problem in the last few years.

I'm glad Ryan is OK.

There’s a place called Camden in NJ:
It is the epitome of an urban slum:
Never name any place “Camden”:
