I am now selling the version 3 of my script RSS Blog Feeder. If you don't have enought time to post in your blog, you may use this one to automatically post rss feed from the default source of the script or you can specify rss feed source you want and the script will automatically post into your wordpress blog 2.0 or higher. You can also include the said script in your cron job.
The script can also create archive site, with out using wordpress blog if you prefer that. You can categories and subcategories it. The script use simple template as of now so that you can implement your own template.
