Ringing the number from the Whois???

Hey, ive been trying to get in contact with the owners of a domain for like 2 months thow, i sent 2 emails to the emails i could find and never got a responce and placed a bid with a comment at sedu. now i think its down to ringing them.

There in scotland, is most peoples english over there just like theres? i was watching a scottish movie the other night and it took me like an houer to relise they where speeking english. good old subtitles :o)

What do i say on the phone?

or somthing along those lines?

well im pritty much just after that domain, its pritty nice and im allready getting the .net of it. now i just want the .com.
