Ridiculously high offers but no replies – should I switch landing strategy?

I have a domain that gets a good amount of traffic. I originally set up the Afternic lander with BIN ($3899), Make Offer, and Lease-to-Own. The domain is worth around that range (maybe slightly less).

The strange part is, I’ve received several offers through Afternic in the $20K–$50K range, but obviously, none of those buyers ever replied after the initial offer. Because of that, I switched the lander to “Make Offer” only.

My question is: Do you think switching to Make Offer is a better strategy in this case?
Has anyone else experienced these types of high but “dead” offers before, and what did you do?

How did you get 20-50k offers while the BIN was set to 3899? Did the offers really come through afternic? Are their brokers broken?

I'm sure they are not serious buyers, that's why I'm asking how to deal with this situation

Happens from time to time
The only way to stop them , is putting BIN lander ( + LTO if you want)

Looks like you would be happy to get $2k (otherwise why MO?), so I agree with @alcy

I made MO on all of my domains to check my pricing strategy as a beginner, but it seems to be better for that one to remove MO
