i've noticed that most of my offers come for a few key domains.

so, to what extent do you guys believe in this proposition:

if you get an offer, never sell it off too cheaply. think of a fair, but solid, price and stick to it. you can dump the rest. but where there's one offer there's likely going to be another...

even if you're wrong sometimes, it feels like following this strategy will make up for it in the long run..?

Whenever I get an offer - I look at the sales comps, traffic, revenue and general useability (drinkability) of the domain name. Could the domain name be used by lots of people or just one? The more potential users the more $ I ask for.

The internet isnt going anywhere - those with patience will ususally do very well.
