It's an off-the-wall domain. I could see somebody maybe wanting to start a review site, and calling themselves the "review punk." Such a person might offer a few hundred dollars for the name, but it seems like that person came and went.
Edit: I see that someone regged the .net,.org. and .info 2 months after you regged the .com. The owner's name is Jonathan (in Boston). He also owns jonnypunk in the .com. Doesn't look like big bucks, but he seems to have something in mind. You could always put it up for a BIN of a few hundred (or more) and wait for a bite, or even contact the person and say you changed your plans.
If I were you, I would engage in some online detective work to figure out how substantial he is. Worst case, you might get $300 for it if he's still serious about whatever idea he had. Have some fun.
