I'd capitalize the first letter of "agency." And I think it's odd to have Obama's logo thing in your header. I'd also try to incorporate the site name "Vatgar News Agency" to the graphic itself instead of having it be floating text on top of the graphic. I think it would look better that way.

very good but align the logo, its kinda weird in that position.

I agree that you should have the text removed and the Vatgar News Agency in an actual logo, it would also be nice to see it less cluttered..its not hard to read but, it would look nicer in my opinion.
