Review my new design

I have changed the layout of my site and uploaded a new test page at http://exguides.org/testdesign/

I like the layout but it's a little colourless, and the white text at the top is very hard to see. Not a bad job though.

Can you elaborate which white text and what browser did you use? Did you not see red background?

I think your design is very simple and to the point, and just so you know white space is "art" in itself.

Yes this will be my next design and I have started porting my current site's contents towards it.

its not good in FF , the top nav bar buttons came down. and the bottom ads overlapped on each other.

SR:800x600
though a nice design , make necessary changes.
