Agreed colors are not a very good match. some of you images need to be a higher grade as they are pixelated and or fuzy

I think you have a good logo. You should build around that. In my opinion you have too much white (viewed with Google Chrome). The white seemly creeps through your site and kills all the nice rounded corners you have. It is just too bland to be used as a background and as the inside.

Your favicon is also different from your logo. I think you could use the favicon more throughout your site.

As for the green and orange. I don't see how they hurt each other at the moment. You use them very sparingly and don't seem to have much impact (the orange does but not the green).

The layout is also a bit too cluttered for myself. Do you really need all the menu blocks on every page?

I would say with some colour adjustments your site might look great. Good luck.
