Definitely needs a logo and custom skinning. Since the creation of youtube, there are tons of sites like this available. You have picked your niche, which was a smart move, however, your visual support of the topic lacks completely. -> add custom skin/design
Add sections where you present the top video of each category and list the runner-ups. -> add and present visual ranking of videos
Random videos need to be higher up on the skyscraper.

As above, minus the logo, although the logo could be a bit more "present". Currently it's just there, make it a bit more dominant.
