Seems CPC continues to drop on RD, especially since the beginning of the month.
Going to be very hard to run arbi campaigns now! And my 100% revenue runs
out tomorrow :(

I'm seeing the same thing. EPC is down almost 70%! Too bad they don't pay like Parked.com used to.

Today I deleted 14 Domains from my Portfolio to add it new into RD. Because I run testing on them and I wanted to set them back. I thought it wouldnt be a problem. The numbers for yesterday were still the same until now. After finalizing all the clicks on them were nothing. Big break in my little test income...

I had the domains new into the system before finalizing stats but it simply deleted my income... Even though it had to be connected to my Account...

Would like to see this fixed...

Greetings!
Sebastian

stats,bots

We are having some issue with bot traffic getting into the stats. This is causing statistics to seem off in many accounts and is generally appearing as low/ctr rpm/cpc due to increased visits and clicks. We are working to normalize things. Thanks for your patience.

A good idea if one is using arbi - always verify campaign traffic versus RD visits.

Arbitrage is allowed right? Can I use Bidvertiser?

Did anyone else's revenue tank badly at RD yesterday? My RPC went from a four week average of .43 to .25 !!

I'm losing nearly 25% of my clicks these past few days, but RPC has held steady. I think the stats system is fubared, as a few others have reported same drop in CTR.

The biggest drop in RPC for me was financial domains. I also noted yesterday that I
was dropping clicks fo some domains between Yahoo and RD. I hope that they didn't kill some legimate clicks when cleaning up the bot traffic!!

I lost a huge chunk of clicks and my RPC dropped significantly yesterday :(

Looking back on the report for this month I see my overall CTR percentage dropped significantly from Apr 9th onward.

Mine is almost half today what it was at the beginning of the month. Something's seriously wrong here.

It's a shame CTR and CPC has dropped as I really like RD. In my experience, It seems this always happens with parking companies; we all have a great month or two, then they do something their end, like 'tweak' a bot filter or the way things work and then it's down hill from there for the next 6 months.

My CPC hasn't been affected really, more the CTR and uniques are lower than they could be.

Yesterday a financial domain received 18 clicks for total .82 :td:

2 weeks ago that would have been an easy $10-20

I know my 100% promo is over, I've inquired about my recent rev share % but no word yet.

I have one insurance domain for which the CTR has really dropped off in the last month. I checked the ads and didn't like them so I disabled auto
optimisation and added my own keywords. CTR improved!

Standard rev share is 60%.

update

Hi folks,
Two things are at play here. First, the 30 day promotional 100% rev shares are ending for most that got in on that. Second, we have temporarily relaxed our bot filtering causing the stats to potentially rise in both visits and clicks which would cause rpm, cpc, and ctr to drop some. Those factors seem to account for the changes we are seeing on the stats side of things. We are working to extremely diligently to normalize the stats so that they do not include excess bot traffic. Aside from revenue shares, we believe revenue to be unaffected.

Totally opposite here. Lower clicks & visits reported & drastically lower CTR.
Revenue has been affected.

Yes, I don't see why bot traffic would affect RPC. Perhaps someone
can enlighten me...

update

I just had a long session with my dev team and we identified the reason for the reduced number of clicks. It appears to only be a statistical issue. The fix is going in now and we will attempt correct the statistics collected over the past 2 days by tomorrow.
