Hi there,
I own http://www.greenlush.com a web hosting company. I'm just wondering what you think of the site design. The site wich i designed with a little help from an expert Austrian Coder for the PHP work. I'v also designed a forum wich is now being coded by a very very good and experianced coder. The same guy who designed ... Wait whats it called Alexis or something (You know what phpbbskin). So yeah, that will be under public release too, allthough as its based on the smoothness (round corners ect..) Of my site. My design was also in CSSBloom, CSSVault ect.. Let me know hat you think.

I like it, simple and effective. I really think all complicated sites should aim at such a design. Good work.

heh.. not sure if it's intended or not, but you can see pixelation around the rounded edges of your main section...

yeah ill have to sort that out :D

One glance and that's all it took. It's excellent design. Great job!

very nice design indeed, there's not much i'd change if i was doing this myself, nice and clean looking and it's simple and works well

the only problem is the bottom left and right corners are tacky and pixelated, need to be more smooth without a stroke on

other than that, excellent :)

Just a question .. what reseller CMS are you using? I've seen the same design/layout somewhere before, but I guess it could be the programmer's work that I've seen before.

Anyway, here's my "useful" advice:

[1] I know it's going to sound funny saying this, but try for more "TADA!". Don't get me wrong, plain can be good. However, if I'm looking for a host, I'm looking for a site that looks "professional". Yes, the site works. Yes, it is a good design. But no, I don't get the professional feel.
[2] Nice plan prices! $15/year for 100MB/1GB/cPanel/Fantasico. However, I cannot seem to find a "detailed" version of any of the plans.
[3] When I went to order a shared hosting account, here's what I get for the description of Package 2:
Only for charity sites with low bandwidth and diskspace

Plan Features:
500Gig Bandwidth
10MB Diskspace
...
500GB! I'll take that for $60 a year. Nowhere on the front page does it say "Only for Charity purposes". Not to mention, I can get 100MB/1GB for $15 or 10MB/500GB for $60? Also, the Package 2's description on the home page says:
# ยป 500MB Webspace
# ยป 5GB Monthly bandwith
# ยป Cpanel
# ยป Fantastico
ยป ยฃ2.50/$5 monthly
ยป ยฃ30/$60 per year
.

Hope this helps some.

Nick

PS - I only looked for things that were wrong! The site look great, but I felt the need to actually critque [sp?] the site.

Very nice clean and sleek design. Only problem I notice is the rounded edges on all the corners. You need to adjust them to fit the background.

If you're going to "ask" for help, please acknowledge when it is received. I spent almost 30 minutes on my reply, and you still haven't made the needed changes.

Hi there thanks,
Ummm........ you wont have seen the same design ect.. any were else this is a custom design. Also, there isnt any "only for charity with low BW" packages... Well what im going to do is put a "more info" page on all the packages, next to the order now. Also im going to put some description at the top about the company, also take the resellers off and put a client log in/domain name purchaser and newsletter ect.. Does any one else have any more reccomendations for new content, any new ideas ect..

It would really help. But yeah you mean the CMS, or the site design? The CMS is designed to Greenlush,

All the packages are for any one, not just charities, there for any webmaster/organisation ect..

i think it looks nice and clean and the navigation is cool, it's professional looking but i think it needs another color in there somewhere to break up all the grey and green

if i was doing it i'd look at getting some kind of rollover state on the nav menu and maybe change the color where it says 'order now' to something that stands out a bit more, maybe different colors for different packages

other than that though, nice work :)
