[RESOLVED] Having Trouble getting funds out of ATOM.com

I am currently facing difficulties withdrawing my funds from Atom.com. Over the past two days, I've been going back and forth with support, but I have yet to receive any assistance in processing my withdrawal. This has me deeply concerned, as I had a similar experience with Epik before it ultimately shut down, which makes me worry that this could be a sign of something more serious happening.


I genuinely care about Atom.com and believe in the value the company provides, which is why it would be disheartening to see it go under. I’m hoping this is just an issue specific to my account, but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could try withdrawing a small amount to test whether it's a widespread issue.


Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this, and any insights or assistance would be much appreciated.

Can you elaborate on the problem? Does support want something from you, like identity verification?

Been with them a while never had an issue im sure its just my account,but very disappointed on the lack of the department getting back to me but the sales rep are on it ,but have no answers

Do you have any screenprints to share with the rest of us?

As Draco asked, is it an identity verification issue or something else like payment selected?

Your post at face value drawing comparisons to Epik requires more proof.

Never had any trouble withdrawing funds at Atom.

Just withdrew some funds today.
