Reseller Hosting Account Required

I have a lot of requirements, and am looking for a small reseller from a good and reliable host with good support. Here is what I am looking for

Zend/Ioncube - optional, but a big plus
GD Library Installed - mandatory
Able to allow Google related scripts (I have a google pr checker script and your server needs to allow this to be used correctly. It isn't working with my current host) - mandatory
Allows fake email sender script (I have a fake sender script that needs to be allowed to run on your server. It records everyone who uses the script, and logs all email addresses, and IP address. This must be allowed. Take a look at http://fakesender.com for more info on how it works) - mandatory
PHP, Email, Cgibin, etc, etc (all of the usuals) - mandatory
Cpanel/Fantastico - mandatory
RVskin - optional, but big plus
Paypal Payment - mandatory

I am looking for a host with very reliable servers, and must have a great support service. If this is you, please PM me your offer, or post here.

I am looking for unlimited everything with:

1-3 GB Web Space
10-30 GB Data Transfer

We have everything you need. Currently we do not have GD Library installed but upon sign up you could submit a support ticket and we'd have that installed for you ASAP.
We do not currently have RVSkin because we don’t have a great demand for it.

I am in the proccess of writing a disclaimer, and after seeing most of the log files, they explain that they are all used to prank the user's friends, which I think is harmless.

What bryceton is trying to say is that it could have the potential to be used for spam.
Also I thought I'd inform you that we have installed GD Library on all of our servers. One of our support team said he became disconnected from you. That was because we were recompiling php for the GD installation. For for any inconvenience that caused.
