scali71, I manually tested your account before sending your information to you (including logging in and out of the DA panel). We hold a policy of manually testing and creating all accounts and we fixed your password and information and e-mailed you as soon as we found the problem. I reset the password back and everything should be fine. I will gladly give you the next month of free hosting (just PM me to request it) for this error even though it was not our fault as the password was correct but a glitch on the DA panel itself which caused your account login to fail. We hope we can continue to earn your trust and continue to work with you to provide the best possible hosting service. We apologize for this once again and we also hope that we can provide services and support for you after this little problem.

monRa, with paypal you can also just put in your bank information instead of the credit card and it should work that way.
