Cookie-cuter / turnkey websites like that don't do as good as they used to 15/20 years ago. Especially with AI creating apps and sites on the fly for free these days, its a tough racket to crack the nut in trying to sell sites like that anymore, regardless where listed.
You really need an established site with organic visitors and no blatant blackhat campaigning to make a site appealing to buyers now days (And those buyers are basically just looking to convert the traffic into leads/buyers). Well, for more than a $25 flip anyways. And that amount doesn't really justify the time spent on development, management, etc...
The era of AI development is upon us, which makes those cookie-cutting turnkeys a dime a dozen.
If the domain is good, it can stand on it's own merits.
However, the flip side to the coin is if you are actually developing for you, not anyone else, where you plan to generate a stream of revenue with the site for a while to stack monthly revenues. If that's the case, by all means, spend the time to develop and market it.
Then once it has some verifiable and consistent monthly revenue, you could flip it for a profit. Revenue generating websites is where the demand is at. If there's no genuine revenue, the chance of interest drops substantially.
Think: Verifiable Revenue and Verifiable leads... (Those are the two ticket items of interest when flipping sites)
