Requirements to get into YPN?

Can you share some info on YPN?
What is the min. requirement in term of daily traffic (unique) for getting YPN account?

I have seen many peopsle using Adsence ads but only few with YPN ads.

It's not so much about traffic.
Your site need be unique with original contents.

I think you need traffic to go along with your new content to get into YPN.
