Require Feed back with reputation

Personally, I have a decent reputation of 230, but I'm kind of sick of people giving negative reputation without telling me why atleast so I can fix?

I find it unreasonable to be negative behind someones back, and not even be able to justify your self. (shouldn't that person recieve negative rep?)

Because if it's negitive feedback then they might come and leave you negitive feedback.

Well nothing can be done about that. I really don't mind if people don't leave their names, I just want an explaination.

Not too long back someone left me negitive repuatation and signed it by a different member (I PMed the member they signed it for and they contacted a Mod, the comment had nothing to do with my post anyway), maybe they don't want to tell people they have to leave their names because it might encourage that.

I find it very unfair for many of us who contributed by posting reasonable threads, who replied answers needed to be answered yet received bad reputation just because we're willing to help and share. Is there a way to justify or amend this flaw?
