I am not a lawyer but in a nutshell I believe it means your restricted in using the domain name so it does not infringe on the trademark they stated, in a udrp you can't say you didn't know about it.
If I may ask was it a new gtld you were trying to register, I ask because I have never seen a message like that in my 15 plus years of registering .com's.
