Type of Contest : LOGO Design and application to 468x60 & 120x240 banners + 680x120 header.
Prize : $50.00
Contest End Date & Time : 12 Noon Pacific Time : 18th January 2007
Size Requirements : Logo size open. See above for banner and header size.
Color Requirements :
Design will be used for BestTLDs.com I am not married to the present color scheme and they are easily modified so colors are wide open. Not too loud, please.
General Requirements :
The site promotes my aftermarket domain name sales. I like the keyword "aftermarket" but would like your ideas as far as tagline. Nice to see someone elses opinion or direction. Logo can be as simple as gradient shadowed text or ? Header should be creative and please note that there may be a 468x60 banner displayed on the right side so detail should be concentrated to the left side. Banners are open for suggestion.
I am not looking for business/professional styles but catchy, creative styles.

Additional Information :
This contest is open only to this forums members.

Please no ill comments on my horrid header. I know it's bad, lol.

Nice and clean, can never go wrong with red, white and blue and the tagline fits nicely.

Is this 3 different logo designs Or is this the header and 2 banners just resized.

Warpser - Thanks for your response. That confirms what I thought. The only thing that I can see that I would like is possibly a border. I use alot of white background and I think to define the edge would accent.

Purity - There is plenty of time left and yes Paypal is the payment method.

Purity - Thanks for your entry. I also like this design but since "without the pain" was not in my requirements and another entry has used it, I would rather see your tagline read "Providing the best in aftermarket domain names." or just use the other tagline "Pick your domain and make an offer. It's that easy". Overall, both entries are nice and simple with a nice message. Great work so far and awaiting more entries.

also so with your Requirements about the 680x120 header you want the 468x60 banner displayed on the right side in that 680x120 demention?

+ did you want logo or like the one I designed of the top-level chart?

The banner displayed in the header will be an affiliate banner so the answer is no, pleaes do not display the besttlds.com banner there. The design that you have in the header is just fine as the logo, no need to create something different.

I like what I see. Possibly some minor adjustments (border) after contest ends if you are the winner. That is, of course with your approval (changes). I don't want to drive you nuts making minor changes. I get the concept and can definately work with it.
