Color Requirements : i prefer light colours, but you have the freedom to use any, the layout will be maid after

General Requirements : the website will be a fansite, the url will be CoreFans .com .The domain extension is not required within the design. The usage of the domain will be like csi.corefans.com and so on...

well i don't really like the image next to corefans and the shadow...althought the layout will be maid after the logo i do prefer logos that can be used in dark and light backgrounds.

not bad at all, i like it
one request... could you please add something before the corefans ? just to see how it fits... ( don't mess the logo, just add something before like CSI or DrHouse or something before the logo at the same level as corefans )
also, can the logo be used in several backgrounds? or it's color depended ?

The Logo is completely independent from the background. You can put it on whatever you want (as long as the colors are matching )

nice, actually i did like the previous ( more orange ) one, this one is too yellow, but the effect i want is there

the rest if very nice i like it a lot.
unless a new more "cool" one is entered you are in the lead.
