Red Dog <<<<< Computers (its a .com)
RDC
Is looking for a logo. He is open to any ideas but has given me his "thoughts" below. He is partial to his dog of choice (attached jpg) but again is open a lot and willing to let everyone run with what hits them (outside of his thoughts as well).
I will be responding a couple times a day to anything submitted. And thanks in advance for everyone's time!
His thoughts...
Gary, as the old saying goes, one picture - a thousand words. Here are some preliminary thoughts about the Red Dog Computers logo:
* I like the present red dog but I am willing to change.
* it would be interesting if the word "Computers" could be incorporated into the silhouette of the dog image. It could be that dog image or something similar.
* I entertained the idea of binary code, perhaps on the dog or in the background. For example, "d" = 1101 - yes, I know that is very geeky and few would understand it. It may stir discussion.
* Maybe the present dog could be somehow transformed into being created by ones and zeros.
* Within the red dog could be the outline of the continents... we are a global organization thanks to the internet. For example, we could do web designs globally.
* The dog could be looking at coding that reads "Computers".
* The letters "RDC" could be combined in red and, in white relief, would be the dog.
* A circle - with the white and red (instead of black) - and the yin/yang symbol. Instead of the traditional yin/yang, it is a red dog and a mirror image white dog.
* A computer with the red dog on the monitor?
And with that I will stop. It seems that the ninth suggestion is rather desperate. I will be interested in what results. I have been staring at the red dog that is presently serves as the logo. I still like it.
Thanks, Gary - I hope this gives you (collectively) some ideas.
