Size Requirements: I need a standard header sized banner (horizontal) As well as a logo that will be about 100x100 (that can be reduced to about 25x25 without too much loss of detail)

Colors: It should match the blues on the website (webdf.com) plus whatever colors you want. If at all possible I would like to have a white background and the same design with a black background. If this isn't possible the white should be just fine.

General Information: I'm looking for an 'authoritative' design that but still sleek and powerful.

Additional Info: I would like in addition to WebDF.com in the banner for there also to be the longer version 'Web Design Forum'

Very nice work! I'm looking for something a little more authoratative though. So perhaps for the top two if you could make the font a little bit less 'Fun' and add some unique shape or object as a logo (kind of like the Nike symbol).

I like the dark version very much. If you could make the light version a little bit more visible I think that would be great. Also for the logo, just be creative... I'm looking for something like the Nike Check sign or maybe the Pepsi Swirly sign but unique to my website. Something simple but unique and identifiable. Also, I need the phrase "Web Design Forum" In smaller text on the bottom of the banner. If you don't know what I mean check out my site real quick and I have a very basic version on the header.

Also, for another example of the logo thing I am looking for, it might be helpful to know I plan to use it as the forum topic buttons.

A good start. I'd like to have the logo on the left side of the text. Also try little bit more complexity with the logo. Perhaps incorporate WDF in the logo (not necessary just a random idea). I like the size of the logo as well.

Excellent Banner. I think the banner is pretty much done now with the bottom text added. Now only the logo needs some work.

I couldn't see the colours either. But, I can change the colours to mine anytime.

Okay here is my attempt. You can also change the colors, and move things around, copy and paste the style i created, etc. So this is really unlimited.

I didn't know what to do with the full text of the name, Everytime that i made it blueish, it didn't look as good, neither as when i relocated it. I think you wanted "WebDF" to be the major object in the graphic, so i did that.

I added two examples using two different shapes, The first one is the paint (designing) and the second is more contructive looking tools. I think these are perfect for web design or building.

Now its hard to resize the image completely down to 25px. But I attempted it which you can see on the bottom right, and also there is a logo there that i think is stylish and very attractive.
