Hi, I need a logo for my Boudoir Photography business (artistic semi nude photography). I don't have a website yet, and this logo will be the base that I design the website around.

The name of the business is: Bang Bang Boudoir (www,BangBangBoudoir,com)- ((this is not a developed site, just a parked godaddy page, but I wanted to know that the name of the busiiness and the .com name are the same in case it helps with making the logo))

I don't have anything to super specific that I want. I would like to see the creativity of the people here. But here is some direction:

I don't want it super sugary and sweet and pink (some pink might be OK). Something classy with a little bit of spunky sexiness.

Imagine that this song (a remix of "bang bang" by Nancy Sinatra):

had a love child with this the duet of Pavarotti and James Brown singing "It's a Man's World":

Then the Fiona Apple video for "Criminal":

Had a love child with the women from "Mad Men" (in character): The Women of Mad Men - Photo Gallery - Film.com

Then the 2 love children from those respective unions had a child...and that child was the Bang Bang Boudoir logo.

Contest ends Thursday at 5pm EST (would love to see some stuff earlier though). I may extend the contest for a short time if there are not 3 entries.

As I said in the second sentence of the post: "I don't have a website yet, and this logo will be the base that I design the website around."

I just wanted to make sure peopl eunderstood what the name of the website is and not a .NET or hyphenated or something like that. That is just the standard Godaddy.com parked page and I don't make any money from clicks on it.

Thanks for the very fast and good submissions!

LANDstrykere and Waardii I have the same adjustment for both of you - it would be best if there was no sillouette of a woman - or if it was much more subtle. The average client is a 30-ish year old woman who is married and looking to either giver her husband a gift of nude photos of her or have for herself before she gets too old.

There is a big confidence issue to get over and the women can be easily intimidated. So, along with the logo being sexy, it has to not intimidate them.

Just some thoughts: there could be just very general, broad strokes of what appear to be the outline of a woman - or a piar of lips or something behind the logo...somethinging like that? Don't have to go that route but that just popped into my head.

BOTH look good - I like your individual styles so far.

Waardii - I like the original version better. Maybe just take out the woman?

Scorpion Agency - This is very nice, but not quite the look and feel I'm going for. This reminds me of a woman's hair salon. I think a different symbol in the square thing, a little seperation of the Bang and the other Bang and a bigger distinction between the fonts would look better.
