Type of Contest : Logo

Prize : $100

Contest End Date & Time : No later than January 19th, Midnight

Size Requirements : any width within reason by ~100 pixels high [NOT a banner/header]

Color Requirements : Similar to current scheme that can be found at http://forums.worldgaminginc.com/?styleid=12

General Requirements :
This is a console gaming database site where people can come to find people to play against, and from time to time participate in tournaments for experience and sometimes items or cash. The site name is World Gaming Inc. Must not include any copyright images or derivatives of any copyrights. Must be 100% unique.

Additional Information :
Payment will be via paypal. Winning logo needs to be in psd format. Vector format would be a huge plus (for window stickers etc), but not a deal breaker.

Please note that I am not looking for a banner. The banner will be later.

Not bad. Maybe integrate either the name or the initials (WGI) with the globe instead of separate entities...

btw i made sure tht the images i used were all free public ones so no copyrights worries:P

Not bad... I think it would be better to have something, with a metalic look, so that it would fit into the style. instead of the pure black look...

Not really what I'm looking for. Please re-read the first post, I have updated it to clarify that I am looking JUST for a logo, not a banner at this time. Also, cars and earphones don't have any relevance to our site. Our site is mostly for games that are 'shoot-em-up's, and some sports.

Better... not sure I like the box around the globe though... makes it seem a little off-kilter. Otherwise a nice entry.

I like the top two rows on the right... and the bottom left. I don't like either font used for the text World Gaming Inc though.

Video game characters can't be a part of a logo since they are usually copyright... The text is not really to my liking as it would be nearly impossible to convert to vector for window stickers and the like.

The text is not bad, but not really liking the logo that much. Try a new direction... Too simplistic for my liking.
