Buyer claims to have paid: $4120 ($4000 + 3% Sedo fee for domains over $500)

Seller claimed to Receive: $3600 ($4000 - 10% Sedo fees)

Seller claimed to have paid $2100 in the year 2010.

Seems like the sedo fees are way too high in my opinion. There has to be a more affordable solution to sedo.

Thoughts? Comments?

If the seller was accurate in receiving $3600, and the final sales price was $4000, then it seems to me the fees were only 10%.

Their commision was 13%, and it seems that the cost was split rather than all on the seller, is this a new policy?

Yes, you are correct concerning the sellers commission. The commission for the seller was 10%, not 20%, and the buyer, paid 3%, so the total commission for sedo was 13%.
